What utilities does a mobile kitchen need on site?
Our kitchen trailers list 200A to 400A electrical service at 208V to 240V (single or three phase) or a 100 kW generator, plus a water supply. They carry an NSF-approved water pump, food-grade hoses, a backflow preventer, a grease trap, an ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system and an NFPA 96 exhaust hood.
